TO ALL HOMEOWNERS:
Falcon Crest Neighborhood -
No farm animals or fowl may be kept in our
neighborhood.
There have been several families wanting to raise chickens in their yards. However, due to noise, smell and general unsightly appearance of coops, etc. this is not allowed. The purpose of the rule is to keep our property values up and our neighbors on all sides happy.
